Marielia Gerena, M.D. is a diagnostic radiologist subspecialized in cross sectional imaging at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois, with a fellowship from Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Gerena holds a leadership position as Director of Quality and Patient Safety for the Department of Radiology. Her imaging interests include hepatobiliary, genitourinary, more specifically prostate imaging. Dr. Gerena has been an active member of the Chicago Radiology Society, with emphasis in diversity and inclusion in radiology.
