Attending the Radiology Expo as a M2 significantly influenced my decision to pursue Diagnostic Radiology and I highly encourage it for any medical student curious about the specialty! Hearing perspectives from current residents, local attendings, and program directors proved invaluable to learning about various facets and possibilities within the specialty across private and academic settings. A standout moment for me was establishing a connection with a local attending, resulting in a collaborative effort to 1st author an educational poster.
