Why is Radiology important?
Radiology is an innovative, rapidly developing field in patient care management - it’s used by nearly all, if not all, medical and surgical specialties. As a radiologist, while I enjoy problem solving and role as the doctor’s doctor, I also find fulfillment in direct patient care via consultations, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Biography
Dr. Alice Yao-Lee attended Medical School at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. She completed her Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Rush University Medical Center and then underwent Fellowship training in Neuroradiology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital both in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Yao-Lee is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology.
She is a general radiologist in private practice and has specialized interests in Neuroimaging, including MRI and CT of the head, neck, and spine.
She likes to spend time with her family and friends, craft, and travel.
