We have put together a program that we hope will showcase the exciting and versatile specialties of Radiology and Radiation Oncology. This Expo runs from 9 am to 2 pm CST,  including:

• Opening and closing keynote speakers, capping the program

• Multiple concurrent sessions:

  • Subspecialty Speakers

  • Live Panels

  • Educational Sessions

• Speed advising 

• Expo Hall

How to use the site:

Now that you have registered for the Expo, this is your personalized profile. Tour around the site to preview all the different offered sessions. Although you can attend any session of your choice during its offered time, we highly encourage you to reserve a ticket for the sessions that are most appealing to you – this will also provide you with a personalized schedule for the day, facilitating navigation between Zoom sessions.

Please complete the pre-survey before starting the program.

Subspecialty Speakers will be pre-recorded sessions, but there will be live Q&A immediately following the talks, through the Q&A or chat function on Zoom.

Live Panels will also have live Q&A throughout the talks, through the chat function on Zoom.

Educational Sessions will provide you an opportunity to participate in a series of real imaging cases, as well as a live Jeopardy.

Expo Hall will showcase all our generous sponsors, from vendors from our fields to academic affiliates who can tell you more about their training programs. We hope you’ll drop by each and every one to see what they have to offer!

Please note that Speed Advising will be offered with limited capacity:

• Be sure to sign up as soon as possible to reserve your slot!

• These one-on-one advising sessions will be 15 minutes in duration.

• Please be prompt at logging on and logging off of your appointment time.

• If you can no longer attend your advising session, please contact us via chat or e-mail below, so we may offer the slot to another interested student.

Don’t forget to fill out the speaker evaluation at the end of all sessions you attend, as well as the final post survey at the conclusion of our program.
